Welcome to Agent For Mom LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Agent for mom LLC connects individuals (“Users” or “Leads”) seeking real estate services with real estate agents who are certified or have proven experience working with older clients. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the connection but do not provide real estate services directly. Agent for mom LLC reserves the right to use real estate agents and real estate brokers to process referral fees owed by cooperating agents and brokers. Agent for mom LLC will never charge ("Users" or Leads") a fee.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a request.

• That you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to act on behalf of another individual.

• Not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these terms.

• To allow Agent for mom LLC to use a real estate brokerage to process referral fees owed by cooperating real estate agents and brokers. 

3. Role of Agent For Mom LLC

Our role is limited to connecting Users with realtors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, transaction, or result from these connections.

• We do not verify the credentials, licensing, or performance of the realtors to whom we refer Users. It is the User's responsibility to conduct due diligence.

• We are not a party to any real estate transaction that occurs between the User and the referred realtor.

4. Information Collection and Use

By submitting your information, you agree to allow Agent for mom LLC to:

• Collect and store the information you provide, such as name, contact details, and property-related information.

• Share your information ONLY with real estate agents that are deemed suitable based on your needs. Your information will not be sold elsewhere by Agent for mom LLC.

• We handle all personal data in compliance with our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Agent for mom LLC is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or outcomes related to the realtors referred to Users.

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your relationship or transactions with the referred realtor.

• All connections facilitated by our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Agent for Mom LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services.

• Any disputes or issues with referred realtors or third parties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Agent for mom LLC is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Wyoming.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
